The service

Minros connects to your accounting platform to display accounts-receivable data and automate collection emails. You're responsible for the accuracy of the invoice data in your connected platform and the content of the email templates you configure.

Plans and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Each plan carries an AR portfolio cap; exceeding it pauses new collection emails until you upgrade or your outstanding balance drops. A 90-day free trial is available on signup, no credit card required.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from Billing. Access continues through the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds for unused time.

Partner program

Partners who refer paying customers earn a 20% recurring commission for the life of that customer's subscription, paid via Stripe Connect. Commissions stop if the referred customer's subscription is canceled or their account is terminated for violating these terms.

Acceptable use

Don't use Minros to send collection emails that are abusive, deceptive, or in violation of applicable debt-collection law in your jurisdiction. You're responsible for compliance with laws governing your own collections practices.

Limitation of liability

Minros is provided as-is. We're not liable for uncollected debts, inaccuracies in synced accounting data, or business decisions made based on the aging and analytics data shown in the app.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada for any dispute arising from these Terms or the service.
