Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account information you provide directly (name, email, company details), and data we access through accounting platforms you explicitly connect (QuickBooks Online, Zoho Books, or FreshBooks) — specifically invoice, customer, and payment status data needed to compute your AR aging and send collection emails on your behalf.

How we use it

• To sync and display your accounts receivable data
• To send collection emails on your behalf, using templates you configure
• To process billing through Stripe
• To pay partner commissions, where applicable, through Stripe Connect

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't share your customers' invoice or contact information with third parties outside of the accounting and payment platforms you've explicitly connected.

Data retention

We retain your account and connected-platform tokens for as long as your account is active. You can disconnect an accounting platform or delete your account at any time from Settings.

Third-party processors

We use Firebase (authentication and hosting), Stripe (billing and partner payouts), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection on login and signup), and your chosen accounting platform's API. Each has its own privacy policy governing data they process on our behalf.
