Which accounting platforms does Minros connect to?

QuickBooks Online, Zoho Books, and FreshBooks. You connect one at a time from Settings — switching platforms later doesn’t lose your email template history.

How does the 90-day free trial work?

No credit card required to start. You get full access during the trial; once it ends, you’ll need to pick a plan to keep syncing invoices and sending collection emails.

What happens if my outstanding AR exceeds my plan’s cap?

You get a soft warning banner at 85% of your plan’s AR cap. At 100%, new collection emails pause until you upgrade or your outstanding balance drops back under the cap — your existing data and connections stay intact.

Can I change plans later?

Yes — use "Manage subscription" on the Billing page anytime. Stripe prorates the change automatically.

How are collection emails triggered?

You write reminder templates with a trigger — e.g. “15 days late.” Each day, Minros checks your open invoices against every active template and sends a match. Templates support variables like {{customerName}}, {{amount}}, {{dueDate}}, and {{daysLate}}.

Can my customers pay their invoice through Minros?

Yes. Every reminder links to a no-login customer portal where they can view the invoice, pay it by card, promise a pay date, or flag a dispute. Payments go directly to your own connected bank account via Stripe (minus a 1% platform fee), and the invoice automatically clears in QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or FreshBooks once paid.

Is my accounting data secure?

Every API request is authenticated server-side against your Firebase account — there’s no client-side trust or shared login. OAuth tokens for connected platforms are stored encrypted and refreshed automatically.

What is the partner program?

Accountants and bookkeepers can refer clients to Minros and earn a 20% recurring commission on their subscription, paid automatically via Stripe Connect. See the Affiliates page for details.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, no lock-in contracts. Cancel from Billing and you won’t be charged again — your account stays accessible through the end of the current billing period.
